1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PDF Annotation Tool you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload files that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You are responsible for all files you upload.

3. Guest Users

Files uploaded as a guest are stored temporarily for the duration of your browser session only. We do not retain guest files after your session ends.

4. Registered Users

Registered users may store annotated files up to their storage quota (500 MB). We reserve the right to delete files for accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of the files you upload. We claim no rights to your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
